It has live racing events including truck and&nbsp; tractor pulls, and of course livestock exhibits, junior fair, home produced exhibits, judging competitions, entertainment, karaoke, rides and the usual vendors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">London has the June<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.londonstrawberryfestival.com\/\"><b>Strawberry Festival<\/b><\/a>, <span style=\"color: #000000;\">the August<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/ohiofestivals.net\/london-rib-and-jazz-fest\/\"><b>Rhythm and Rib Festival,<\/b><\/a> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">The 4th of July Parade and Fireworks, the<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/runningstate.com\/london-oh-marathon\/\"><b>London Ohio Marathon<\/b><\/a>, and hosts the Madison County Fair.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">West Jefferson has the 4th of July Parade <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.columbusmessenger.com\/west-jeffersons-july-4th-streetfest-is-set-for-july-2-4.html\"><b><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Streetfes<\/span>t<\/b><\/a> and Fireworks, the Labor Day<a href=\"https:\/\/wjca.org\/\"><b> Ox Roast<\/b><\/a> Festival and Bike Tour,&nbsp; and the <a href=\"https:\/\/wjca.org\/\"><b>Christmas Walk in the Park<\/b><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Plain City has a number of events<\/span>, many centered around the Christmas holiday.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Since Plain City has a large Amish\/Mennonite population, many events feature Amish\/Mennonite Food.&nbsp; The famous Mennonite restaurant Der Dutchman is in Plain City.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">South Solon has a <a href=\"https:\/\/allevents.in\/south%20solon\/harvest-festival-and-craft-show\/200026798997336\"><b>Harvest Festival and Craft Show<\/b><\/a>&nbsp;held at the Proctor Center about 10 miles from South Solon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lilly Chapel Homecoming Festival is held each August hosted by the Lilly Chapel Methodist Church.&nbsp; It had the longest parade in the county in 2024.&nbsp; The festival has homemade food and Ice cream, exhibits, live music and a charity auction.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><a style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); text-align: var(--text-align); font-size: 1rem;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.columbusmessenger.com\/andrix-named-parade-grand-marshal-for-lilly-chapel-homecoming.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2024 Information<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The<a href=\"https:\/\/www.proctercenter.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Proctor Center<\/a>&nbsp;is owned by the Episcopal Diocese of Southern Ohio and has camp facilities and rents out space for many different events, not just for the Episcopal Church.
